Commercial Licence

Plain English first.

If you’re on the Pro or Business plan (or you’ve bought a one-off £4 single kit), every logo, palette, type pairing, mockup and brand kit you generate is yours. You can:

• Use it on your website, in print, in apps, on merchandise, on packaging, on signage, on a billboard, on a tattoo — anywhere.
• Resell it. Sub-license it. Transfer it to your buyer if you sell the business.
• Register it as a trademark in any jurisdiction (we recommend a clearance search first; we don’t sue customers).
• Modify it. Edit the SVG in Figma. Change the colours. Make ten variants.

What you don’t get

You can’t resell ailogogenerator.com itself, or scrape generations and resell them as a stock library. Free-tier outputs are watermarked and may not be used commercially.

Our promise

We don’t train models on your private brand kits. We don’t reuse your generated assets. If a court ever rules an asset infringes another party’s rights and you were our paying customer at the time of generation, we’ll cooperate fully and refund the kit.

The legal version

For the avoidance of doubt: this licence is exclusive (only you can use a given output), perpetual (it doesn’t expire when your subscription does), worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable. The licence vests at the moment of generation.
