Terms of Service

By using ailogogenerator.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. We try to keep them honest, short, and free of dark patterns.

1 · Account & eligibility

You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

2 · What you generate is yours

On the Pro and Business plans you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, exclusive licence to all logos, palettes, mockups and brand kits you generate, including the right to register them as a trademark. Free-tier outputs are watermarked and limited to personal use.

3 · What we don’t allow

You can’t use the Service to (a) generate logos that infringe existing trademarks, (b) impersonate another company, (c) generate hateful or sexual imagery, (d) abuse the API or scrape outputs.

4 · Subscriptions

Pro £14/month and Business £49/month. Billed by Stripe, cancellable any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5 · Refunds

6 · Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses exceeding what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

7 · Governing law

England & Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of London unless local consumer-protection laws say otherwise.
