We collect the minimum needed to run the Service. We don’t sell or rent your data. Ever.

What we collect

Email + name (from your OAuth provider). Brand briefs you submit. Generated logos and mockups. Stripe customer ID + transaction history. Server logs (IP, user-agent) for security and debugging.

What we do with it

Run the Service. Send transactional email. Show you your past generations. Calculate AI costs and bill subscriptions. Detect abuse.

What we don’t do

We don’t train any AI model on your brand briefs, your logos, or your private kits. We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Subprocessors

fal.ai (image generation), Anthropic (Claude brand briefer), Auth0 (login), Supabase (database + storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error tracking).

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data: email [email protected]. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
